This infographic provides a detailed performance breakdown of all trainers, ranked quarterly and annually. Each trainer's score is calculated based on a weighted average of several metrics, including class completion rates, training ratings, and project hours. Use the icon next to a trainer's name to generate a personalized AI-powered performance summary for that quarter. Additionally, some trainers receive an impact driver bonus (indicated by a icon) for exceptional contributions, which applies a multiplier to their quarterly score.

What are Impact Points?

A quarterly score multiplier awarded to recognize exceptional, high-leverage contributions beyond normal duties. Intended to reward ownership and initiative on critical business needs. Below are a list of examples over the past year:

  • Leading/Initiating New Training Initiatives (e.g., Recursive Training) - 40% Impact Points Given
  • High Impact Project Work that benefit site/department (e.g., LOB Resign, Synthesia Content, Bright/Zenerate Video/Updates, Call Library, Camera Pilot, Newsletter, Updating Blooket's SOP's with documentation etc.) - 10-30% Impact Points Given
  • Strong communication/coordination with Operations on NEO, SOP's, New LOB's, Process driven systems, Regional Sites, Clinical Trials, Display of Leadership, etc. - 10-30% Impact Points Given
  • Back To Back Classes - 20-30% Impact Points Given
